Scott Kinney Runs 2nd at Placerville Speedway on the 4th of July


Kinney, qualified with a 10.617, 4th of the 29 car field. In the fourth heat, Scott lined up third row outside to finish 4th. In the feature, Kinney started 2nd row inside and went to the top. Scott finished 2nd in the Brett Ervin tuned wing 360. Tony Bruce Jr. Wins at the O'Reilly American Sprint Cars on Tour National Series at I-90 Speedway


Tony Bruce Jr. wins at the O'Reilly American Sprint Cars on Tour National Series at I-90 Speedway. On Tuesday night, Tony Won his heat and lead the main wire to wire to take the win at I-90 Speedway. Dispite being challenged for the lead several times, Bruce lead all 25 for the win. Tony Bruce Jr. drives the Best Well Service, LRB Manufacturing, Smiley's, MPD Wheels, Bell, Penske #18 Maxim / Kistler.

Jesse Hockett passes 43 cars to run 5th at Paragon Raceways King of Indiana Sprint Series Saturday Night


Hockett, driving for Bernie in an Indy Race Parts machine that was finished being assembled at 4:00 Saturday got caught up in a wreck at the start of the second head that sent him to the pits for repairs. Starting the C main in 20th Hockett made a last lap pass for the final transfer spot finishing 5th in the 10 laps. In the B main, Hockett started 19th to again grap the last transfer spot finishing 5th in 12 laps. In the feature, Hockett started 19th, ran the top on his way to a 5th place finish. The crowd had plenty to cheer as Jesse passed 43 cars of the 47 car field. Special thanks to Bernie at Indy Race Parts for putting Jesse in the #71 Eagle. Hockett, running for points in USAC, qualified 11th. Jesse did not transfer out of the heat, running 6th in the B to get his spot in the feature. Starting 11th, Hockett charged to the front attempting several slide jobs, Jesse would have to settle for 2nd. Tony Bruce Jr. Runs 4th in Knoxville at the Mediacom Shootout Friday Night


Bruce qualified 16th and won the Heat by a straight away. Tony then finished 2nd in the Dash. In the Main, Bruce went up top to finish 4th. Tony Bruce Jr. drives the Best Well Service, LRB Manufacturing, Smiley's, MPD Wheels, Bell, Penske #18 Maxim / Kistler.

Jesse Hockett Runs 2nd Both Nights in Frankenstein


On Saturday night, Hockett was at Lake Ozark Speedway driving Frankenstein Winged ASCS 360. Hockett started 8th to finish 2nd in his Heat. In the Dash, Jesse started 6th to finish 4th. In the Feature, Hockett started 4th to finish 2nd. On Sunday Night, Hockett was at Double X Speedway with Frankenstein. Jesse drove away in the heat for the win. In the Feature, instead of starting on the front row, Hockett took the challenge offered by the track promoter. Jesse would have to win from last. The crowd had an amazing show as Hockett passed his way to the front missing the challenge by one position finishing 2nd. Jesse Hockett Wins Two 1st in Frankenstein


On Saturday Night, Hockett was at I-70 Speedway driving Frankenstein Non Wing ASCS 360. Hockett won the Heat and the Main. On Sunday night, Hockett was at Double X Speedway with Frankenstein for the Larry Martin Memorial Wing ASCS 360 Race. Jesse started 7th in the Heat finishing 3rd. In the Main, Hockett started 8th, passing his way to the lead in traffic. After the trophy presentation with the Martin and Hockett families, Hockett then presented the trophy to Larry Martin's widow, Phyllis. Christian Stover Runs 2nd at Marysville Saturday Night


Stover, the 16 year old rookie, qualified 11th and ran 5th in the Heat. In the Feature, Christain had elbows up, racing from 11th to finish 2nd. This was his best finish so far this year driving for car owner Harley VanDyke in the General Electric, Arrow Wire & Cable, JPI Development, Gotta Want-It Sports Wear, Chase Cam, City-Wide Electric Systems, LRB Manufacturing, Hansen Machine & Fab, J.F. McCray Plastering, and Rod End Supply for the #5 J&J / S&D Race Engines Winged ASCS 360.

Tony Bruce Jr. Runs 11th at the Lowe's Motor Speedway


The Dirt Track in Concord, NC. Bruce, touring in his second year as an Outlaw, qualified 24th and ran 5th in the Heat to make the feature. Tony started 23rd in the feature and raced his way to 11th. Jesse Hockett Runs Second, First, First This Weekend


On Friday night, Hockett was at Gas City’s I-69 Speedway driving for Scott Benic in the RWB 2B Maxim Non Wing 410. Jesse would win the fourth heat. In the feature, Hockett started in the second row outside to finish second. On Saturday Night, Hockett came to do battle at Lake Ozark Speedway with the famed Frankenstein Winged ASCS 360. Jesse won the Heat, won the Dash, and won the Main lapping up to eighth. On Sunday night, Hockett found himself at Double X Speedway testing Frankenstein again. Jesse won the Heat, and won the Main lapping up to sixth. Jesse Hockett Runs 5th at Eldora Raceway Saturday Night


Jesse Hockett runs 5th at Eldora Raceway Saturday night. Hockett running for points in USAC, qualified 3rd. While running 4th in the heat, Jesse was involved in a wreck with KKR's Brady Bacon and Brad Sweet. Hockett, crew, friends and other teams thrashed to get him back on the track for the B main. While Jesse was running 2nd the engine blew. With his back up engine at the engine builders and no time between the B main and feature. Hockett decided to put in the only other engine he had there, a ASCS 360 with 22 shows on it. As they were taking out the 410 he discovered the down tubes were bent enough that the engine would not go through. Burney from Indy Race Parts aligned two tow trucks and started pulling on the down tubes. With the tow trucks spinning tires, yanking on the bent DRC until the engine swap could be made. As the feature rolled out there was a hand full of dzus and enough hooked up to fire the motor and take the green. Seven laps in was a red, the engine swap was finished, duct tape applied, a turn in the front end, Hockett restarted the race in 22nd. Keep in mind, no set changes from the B, the engine fat (only ran 160), and wrong gears. With duct tape a flappin, Hockett held the might ASCS 360 wide open around the top passing 17 cars to finish 5th. Thanks you to all who helped Jesse that night. Willie Croft Runs 4th at Placerville Speedway Saturday Night


Qualifing would see LRBMFG, 1,2,3 as C.J Humphreys, Kyle Hirst, and Willie Croft set the mark. Scott Kinney qualify 13th and Rookie Christian Stover 17th. All LRBMFG cars made the feature. Kinney and Hirst, on different laps, flipped and were unable to continue. With the track racing surface completly gone, Croft had been as far as 2nd, finished 4th. Humphreys Finished 7th and Stover 9th. Tony Bruce Jr. runs 3rd at the Missouri State Fair Speedway in Selalia Sunday Night. Bruce, who has been fighting the flu for the last week, strapped his 360 in started dead last in the Heat. He raced his way to finish 3rd. In the feature, Tony started outside row 5 and quickly charged to the front where a three way battle insued for the lead. Bruce finished 3rd. Jesse Hockett runs 2nd at Terre Haute Sunday. Hockett's goal for the night was to gain set up information that will help him when he comes back to this track under USAC sanctioned events. Jesse had a straight away lead until a 30 minute red for blinding sun. On the restart the battle was on, changing leaders every corner between Jesse Hockett and Robert Ballou for many laps. Scott Kinney runs 5th in the Family Chevrolet Tribute to Al Hinds at Placerville Speedway's Civil War Race Saturday Night. Kinney, qualified 7th with a 10.675 of the 39 car field. In the third heat, Scott lined up third row inside. While passing for transfer position a car spun in front of Kinney collecting him in the wreck. After making repairs to the front end and top wing, Scott would look to the B to get in. Kinney started the B second row inside to finish 4th and get his time back. In the feature, Kinney started 5th row inside. Late in the race Scott moved to the top and started passing cars. Scott finished 5th in the Brett Ervin tuned wing 360. Hirst, the defending race champion, qualified 9th with a 10.722 of the 39 car field. In the first heat, Kyle lined up second row outside, finishing 3rd. In the feature, Hirst lined on the pole. Although pressuring the leader early on, Hirst would finish 2nd in Gary Perkins owned Rod Tiner tuned Winged 360. Kyle Hirst Wins at Silver Dollar Speedway Friday Night


Hirst qualified 11th quick with a 11.806 of the 31 car field. In the third heat, Kyle lined up second row outside, finishing 2nd. In the feature, Hirst lined up second row inside. With the pole sitter not making the call, Hirst moved to the pole. Leading all 25 laps, Hirst took the win in Gary Perkins owned Rod Tiner tuned Winged 410. Billy Wallace Runs 2nd at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico Friday Night


Billy Wallace ran 2nd at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico Friday Night. Wallace in a one nighter, driving for Harley Van Dyke in his Non Wing Spec Sprint, used all his hot laps to get used to the car that usually sees less than a handfull of races a year. Billy lined up in the 3rd heat on the front row outside. When the green flag dropped Wallace was gone, winning by a straight away. In the Main, Billy lined up 3rd row outside. Working his way into 2nd, on the one groove track, he pressured the leader but with nowhere to go, Wallace brought her home in 2nd. Billy Wallace drove Harley Van Dyke's LRB Manufacturing, Hansen Machine & Fab, and Rod End Supply #5h Maxim / S&D Race Engines Spec Sprint.

Scott Kinney runs 5th at Placerville Speedway Saturday Night!


Scott qualified 2nd in the 30 car field with a 10.748. In the 2nd heat, Kinney started third row outside making some strong moves on the first couple of laps to finish 3rd. Scott started the feature front row outside. During the feature filled with contact, Kinney finished a secure 5th. Congratulations to Scott and tuner Brett Ervin. Hirst Runs Strong at Silver Dollar and Petaluma Speedways


Kyle Hirst runs strong at Silver Dollar and Petaluma Speedways both Friday and Saturday nights. At Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, Hirst qualified 3rd quick and stared outside row 3 for the heat for the Friday night 410 program. Hirst ran a strong 2nd and transfered to the feature. From the front row outside, Kyle ran 2nd for 20 laps but with 5 laps to go, the right rear tire had a leak. Hirst held on with only 4 lbs. left to finish 3rd. On Saturday at Petaluma Speedway with the Golden State Challenge 410 program, Kyle qualified 9th. In the heat, Hirst started outside row 2 and finished 3rd. In the dash, Kyle started inside row 4 finishing 5th. In the feature, Hirst started inside row 3 and finished 4th. Willie Croft charged through traffic to run 2nd at Petaluma Speedway Saturday night! Willie qualified 3rd with a 13.060. In the second heat Kyle Hirst and Willie checked out finishing first and second. Hirst would not return for the main because of the expired engine. In the Feature, Croft started 4th row outside. With laps winding down, Croft had passed his way into 2nd. Willie was catching the leader who started on the front row but ran out of time. Hirst Wins First California Civil War Race at Placerville Speedway


Kyle Hirst Wins First California Civil War Race at Placerville Speedway's Wild Wing Wednesday. Hirst Qualified 6th quick with a 10.660 in the 42 car field. In the second heat, it was follow the leader with no position changes Hirst looked to the B main to get in the feature. Hirst finished 4th in the B to get his time back for the main. Hirst started on the 3rd row inside worked his way forward to take the win with a commanding lead in a race plagued with reds. By the end of the night 12 cars had been on their lids!!! Hockett Laps up to 6th Place to Take The Win at the O'Reilly Auto Parts Winged Outlaw Warriors


Team Driver Jesse Hockett wins Saturday’s Season Opener for the O’Reilly Auto Parts Winged Outlaw Warriors at LaMonte Speedway. With Eldora rained out, Hockett headed home. With jolt of electricity, fuel, and water, Hockett's Frankenstein arose from a deep dark sleep, hungry for a win. Heading for LaMonte Speedway in Missouri, Hockett's Frankenstein made a snack of the heat race finishing 1st. In the feature, Hockett driving Frankenstein jumped into the lead from his front row outside starting position. Jesse Hockett and Frankenstein went on to lead all 20 laps in Saturday’s season opener lapping the entire field up to 6th place! Frankenstein has slipped back into a deep dark sleep only to wake in between USAC dates. Frankenstein is #77 RMS Race Engines Sprint Car Owned by Hockett. Team Driver Willie Croft wins the First Point Race at Placerville Speedway Saturday night! Willie qualified 7th with a 10.367. In the fourth heat Willie transfered out with a 4th. In the Feature, Croft started on the pole and ran second for most of the race. With 6 laps to go Willie made an aggressive pass on the bottom taking the lead. Hockett, driving for car owner Jim Massey/Massey Tank Repair started out qualifying 11th. In the 2nd Heat, Jesse finished 3rd. In the Feature, Hockett starting 11th in the Main and racing his way to 5th. Team Driver Jesse Hockett runs 2nd at Manzanita Speedway


Hockett, Driving for car owner Jim Massey/Massey Tank Repair started out with a strong qualifying effort Friday Night. In the 2nd Heat, Jesse finished 2nd. In the Feature, Hockett started 6th in the Main and raced his way to 2nd. Hockett Passes 35 Cars at The 2nd Annual Copper on Dirt at Manzanita Speedway


Team Driver Jesse Hockett runs The 2nd Annual Copper on Dirt at Manzanita Speedway. Hockett had qualifying 11th in the 54 car field. In the heat, Jesse flipped, junking the car. In Hockett fashion, he pulled the other car in the trailer with the 360 that blew while leading at Perris in the main. Installed the 410, with just enough time to tag the B main. From his 11th starting spot he won the B driving away. Jesse started the A main 28th and passed his way to 4th. This race was taped by Verses Channel complete with in-car camera and interviews with Hockett. Jesse is one of the hardest working drivers in the country and his success is due to his dedication, his car owner, his crew, and the companies that work with his Racing Program.
